Yes. The POPE's title under his tiara is 666 in the languages that were on the cross. Hebrew, latin and Greek. He sits as teh vicar of Christ. THE HEAD of the church. But he has for a very long time. Teh world trade is an empire that has caused such oppression to the world. Every increase in it has followed and preceded wars. Noone right now can buy sell or trade without contributing to that empire. You can say what I say is not true. I beg you to pray before you do.

The oppression the Catholic Church has laid on the saints is far worse than world trade. I submit that world trade is but a tentacle to the beast. I have been praying for most of the 20 years I have been in the SDA church and I still believe the beast is the RCC. I still believe that Saturday is the true Sabbath of the Lord. I pray that you and I will not be deceived. I agree that world trade and commercialism is evil, but it is a tool of the beast, not its mark.

My point if you want to say that I did not prophesy what came true go ahead. The Lord spoke. I did as He instructed me to do. I will not argue with anyone who does not want to hear. You choose what and who you want to believe. The worldis under the mark. The Lord will deal with that. The word used in regards to the mark is literal, it speaks of a cattle/horse brand. Those are not figurative or symbolic, they are literal in the skin brands that mark the cattle, letting others know who they belong to.

This literal mark will be what determines whether you can buy or sell. a day cannot determine that.

In the phrase "mark of the beast" the word for mark in greek is "charagma".

The strongs definition of this word is

1) a stamp, an imprinted mark

a) of the mark stamped on the forehead or the right hand as the badge of the followers of the Antichrist

b) the mark branded upon horses

2) thing carved, sculpture, graven work

a) of idolatrous images

It is not symbolic, nor is the mark a day. The mark is an actual physical mark, as one you'd see on a horse or cow on a farm.

In Rev 13:17 it gives a name and a number as well as a mark. The Greek word for name is "onoma" It can be literal or figurative. Since the book of Rev is very figurative...

It is not a day of the week in itself that is the problem. It is all about worship. Will you worship the enemy or God. Since the 7th Day Sabbath was instituted at Creation, choosing to worship on Saturday is worshiping God.

Actually while God rested on the seventh day when he finished his work, mankind did not until he gave the command when the people of Israel left Egypt.

Well if you look at Genesis 2, you'll see that no command was given, and that it was only God who rested because his work was done, and not because it was the seventh day. The name "sabbath" given to the seventh day does not appear in the scriptures until Exodus 16. We also see in Deut 5 that the covenant of the ten commandments was not given to their forefathers but with Moses and the others who were alive that day.

Nehemiah 9 also teaches that it was made known to Moses.

Deut 5 also shares that he gave them the sabbath for them to remember that they were slaves in Egypt and that the Lord brought them out by his mighty hand.

Not once do we see it given before Moses, nor proof man had it before the Lord shared with Moses the Sabbath.

@Myhopeisinhim If this is true, then why did God have to begin the Fourth Commandment with the word "Remember"? No command was given in Genesis because the Sabbath had not been made holy by existing for 24 hours. He instituted the Sabbath but it did not become the Sabbath until a week later. Six days shall thou work but on the seventh day you are to rest. It was not fully understood until six days later. The Sabbath is in God's unchanging Law the Ten Commandments.

Too much emphasis is given to the word remember. Did you know that the passover command was also given the word remember? However, despite the word remember being used, it was not in practice before that point. Also, if you look in Exodus 16, when the sabbath command first appears in the scriptures, the word remember is not there.

The word remember does not denote the existence of it as a command prior to that point.

Also, the scriptures teach the sabbath is a shadow in the book of Colossians. Yes, I know some of you view Col 2 as speaking of annual sabbaths, but a biblical review of the phrase used in Colossians 2 shows that it does indeed refer to the seventh day sabbath. I meet many people online who claim that the bible has to interpret itself, yet, when it comes to certain things, they don't let the bible interpret instead they do.
