  • I really wanted to go,but being 2,created a bunch of obstacles. My father had an Arthur Fiedler

LP in 68 that covered, I wanna Hold your hand..I love it,b4 knowing who the Beatles were.My older brother brought it all home when he started bringing 45's home Hey Jude & Let it be, then the LP's red & blue balcony ones.

  • What venue was this?

  • @lilmikey12290 This was the Mid South Colosseum. I was born this same year in Memphis.

  • Songs played in the video : baby's in black, rock and roll music and shes a women

  • @TheMrwilliams94 i thought i heard a bit of long tall sally at the end.

  • they should separate the girls into a glass sound proof area

  • I live in Memphis :)

  • I was at this concert! 5th grade...

really hard to hear. this is exactly what it sounded like.

    totally inadequite sound system.

  • @jpritch2 John I was at this show (evening show) as well. The screaming is pretty accurately captured. But it was a helluva lot louder. It sucked for me as the gals basically ruined the show for this then 11 year old kid. Some nutcase threw a cherry bomb that landed just in front of GH. I can't blame them for quitting touring as no one was paying attention to the MUSIC. Still a great memory I have.

  • @dawg821

Yeah, I just remember some girl passing out... a lot of screaming and a chain link fence.

  • all they did was great

  • my 2 older brothers were at this show...............I was 11 at the time

  • Dangerous time to be a Beatle south of the Mason Dixon line.

  • I belive this show was at the height of the 'more popular than Jesus' thing, They were in fear for their lives here as the lp burnings were going on across the south. This was the end of Beatlemania..............what a ride..

  • i looooove this group like crazy

  • great beatles

    never die beatles

  • h thanks for your video

    beatles no.1
