They aren't going to make a Shippuden storm, they are barely going to release the sequal. After cartoonnetwork stopped showing Naruto the franchise in America died. All that they have now are the English Shounen's releases and the sales for those aren't enough to cause a game to be made. The real Ultimate Ninja's will be made until the series are over is because they are made first in Japan and then dubbed over to us. Storm = Fail, NUN = Win. That's the way it should and always will be.
