The other thing worth mentioning is the milk. You need amazing microfoam to execute these patterns, and I wonder how many commercial machines can produce such microfoam.
At my work, we have a Synesso Cyncra, and I've tried everything, but it just can't seem to produce the pliable microfoam in this guy's vids.
