I am at a lost for words to express how I feel about our beautiful songbird gone too soon. You were like a sister to me in my head, and this seems like a really bad dream. Three days later it's still so hard to believe you are gone. Since 1985 I have listened to your music, and remember buying your very first album. Rest in peace Whitney. i loved this movie and this part, she had a voice! not just the range but the tone, the beautiful mid range, low range too. she had a softness to her voice too, and bless Jennifer Hudson's heart at her tribute, she does not possess WH's tender soft tone and whisper soft effect at parts

Whitney would be the first to say she was her own worst enemy and most of us are. If one can judge someone then they must be God and on that note I am sure they are not.
