Can transit passengers get up there?

@trodmi Off course but it won't be very easy! You have to leave your boarding or transit area, then you leave the main airport building to a little office (at 50 meters) where you buy a ticket (2CHF~1,56€), you can let your luggage in a box closed by a code number, you are controlled by the security, you take a bus (one bus every 30 minutes) that bring you to the dock E. At this point you have direct access to the panoramic floor. It's a very nice point of view!
