Steve's doing awesome this year. They just haven't been getting that little bit they need to get in victory lane. Once they do though, I'm sure the flood gates will open.

Steve Letarte deserves more credit then he gets hes turned the team around twice once from robbie loomis days and in 2008 which they should have missed the chase but steve worked his butt off. Give the guy some credit look how much better jeffs running at richmond, charlotte, he got jeff a win at texas, Michigan, the place tey need to improve at is bristol, Steve does a hell of a job with the speedway cars daytona and talladega. They run better than people think they do.

i have to agree with sneeldson, im a gordon fan and letarte has made some horrible calls this year and hasnt got gordon's good enough to even race in the top 10.I beleive that it is time to get a new crew chief and put letarte as a car chief

Letarte is a tart, and is worthless crew chief. Unlike Jimmie who can just focus on driving and Chad calling the shots and changes, Jeff has got to drive and dio the car and call for exact changes, if Jeff had Chad he would be going for his 7 championship. Replace Steve with someone eles, Jeff agrees but wont say anything in interviews that his crew chief sucks.
