If im going polymer handle then id rather have the glock e tool with the straight handle... D handles suck for when you want the shcvel head in the 90 degree position for ground breaking.... also the D handle make it near useless as an effective weapon when utilized in the close quarter combat role... Like the US tri fold E tool, the short length makes having a D Handle more of curse then a blessing... Its simply not long enough to get the benefits of a D handle.
@damagejackal10 haha it looks awesome! However I only need a digging tool which can be folded as small as possible and be as light as possible as I use it to dig bike tracks in the forest which means long ride to the carpark with all the usual equipment plus digging equipment on my back... probably about 15kg in total.

Nice shovel. l know 2.3 lbs doesnt sound like much, bit would you say it's too heavy for a survival backpack?

@attorangeblack you dont, they are ment to be rough, you can how ever sand INSIDE the craves to make it more pronounced and cut better
