JSA - Dr. Fate and the Spectre could take out Superman and then what do they have? Both teams have a Green Lantern and a Flash so that would cancel each other out. So the JSA would have the advantage. But they wouldn't fight each other so it's all academic.

All heroes have a weakness. Also batman is smarter than most people. The spectre really has no way of beating batman but batman has every way in the world to beat the spectre.

The guy has broken the level of a man of his height, he's 6 foot 2 at 220 or so pounds and he is able to do acrobatics better than olympic 5 foot tall girls. But yeah, he's simply to intelligent. Starman defeated ultraman with antimatter, might also defeat Superman same way. Hawkman gave Superman a hard time with gravity weapon Hawkgirl might have improved it to use aginst Mary Marvel. Spectre more powerful than Phantom Stranger. Power Girl stronger than Vixen. Dr. Midnite could shot Zatanna because she can say a bunch of stuff backwards. Okay Plasticman could beat Hourman but wouldn't be enough to save the others, so I would say win to JSA.
