@berean73 sampled a bottle last sunday, needs more carbonation. Will sample this sunday, should be good. Andy says 3-4 weeks in the fridge does great for clearing it up and mellowing the flavors. I aim to be patient so it's most enjoyable. I'll send a bottle if it's good. Have a beer man critique it. Got a porter in the 2nd fermentor. Exciting stuff huh?
Looks like it,s easier than making home made wine..my mom used to make some really easy..I have to ask her to show me this summer .

I've seen a recipe or two using that sludge to make bread, which might not be too bad actually.
