I always liked Miller's material. Excellent writer. His delivery style was too

stilted and mechanical to enjoy watching him more than a few minutes. I

always thought he could have had a bigger audience if he came across

as more at ease on stage.......

I agree re: "become 21, turn 30". EVERYBODY thinks it's Carlin, including a friend who knew him personally and says he heard him do the bit. But I've never found video evidence.

I have a clip Larry doing the "aging" bit, from a UK broadcast of this same show (Montreal Comedy Festival, c.1989?) which converted from PAL to NTSC.

I did find a Carlin bit here called "Aging", where he says "You say you're 11-1/2, going to be 12, but you don't say you're 26-1/2'". That's as close as I could find.
