@TacticalItalian cmon im waiting for u i wish u would try and do that i would snap your neck and leave you in a wheelchair for life so come on down and try your luck
@SuperJohnny714 Yes, because this is your video. Not the guy with username 00946509. My comment was directly toward you, who isn't in the video visibly. Good just badass, congrats for making yourself feel like a big guy while sitting behind a computer screen. As my comments were a "joke" because I watched this video because I needed help opening my own safe, you must just be one of those internet "trolls" with nothing better to do in your life than talk shit behind a computer.
This one was brand new. My complaint was regarding the fact that they refused to refund the purchase or send a new safe. The fact that it was ordered by a non-profit fighting poverty just compounds the negative PR for the firm.
i bought a sentry 14rifle gun safe for about $400 at home depot a year ago and it still works fine....mine is combination dial lock not an electronic....i've heard that mostly all keypad safes go bad quickly....so maybe next time buy a dial combination lock instead...love mine its solidly bolted down to the floor and the wall......
every Sentry safe I've ever witnessed has shotty construction/loose keypad/wobbly handle/plastic holes for the metal locks to go into. I have no idea what they think they're doing
This safe is being used by an NGO in Accra, Ghana that is doing micro-finance for the poor. They have NEVER been able to open the safe, and Sentry has refused to refund them.
I will never buy this companies product because of this experience. How can they live with themselves knowing that they have sold a faulty product to a firm who is attempting to fight poverty.

@Yatzekdetriot
Did read the manual. Not all manuals are the same.

Try reading the manual first. You don't press 'enter' and then your password. My manual says enter your password, then hit 'enter'.

Sorry to hear that I have a similar problem with mine. I would advise anyone to not buy sentry safe products, They are cheap safes that fail.
