Very beautiful! I like the symbol, if that planet had got a symbol I didn't knew it. But I think that you must to know more about of the planet's colour exactly to make her dress, because I'm not convinced about that colour. I think that if exist one sailor scout represented that strange planet her colours would be more strange, as the last sailors represented the dark part of the Solar System I think that the white parts of her dress would must be in black, for example.
