I find it offensive because it portrays an illiterit human being as compleatly stupid, not just not able to read. There are plenty of people not able to read because of not enough money, no education, etc. and they are not nessessarily responcible for this.

they were not "concentration camps", but relocation camps built for moving people of asian decent that lived on the pacific coast.These camps were established during WWII in an attept to prevent Japanese spys.these camps were not nearly as bad as the ones that we think of today.Yes, it was not the greatest thing to do at the time, but it was neccessary to help keep America safe. Read "Farewell to Manzanar" it is a good book that describes these camps.
