  • In certain areas away from buildings, yes.

  • The windmill spins, making the energy for the light, so you only get light when it is windy. Then the solar panels run the light during the day. Brilliant.

  • The system has batteries smart guy. The windmill and solar panels do not directly light the lamp, instead, the lamp is battery powered and the two sources charge the system.
