No DREAM Act. Not now ...not ever!!

They can blame their parents for having them break the law!!

  • @tinaw1969 You can't even type English properly, but yet you like to pretend like you know about politics. I don't even have to say anything, you do a good job proving how stupid you are all by yourself. How pathetic...

  • @tinaw1969 I AGREE !!

  • @satansmask It will not pass any soon because Senate blocked it already. 55 to 41.

  • @satansmask You don't want peoples tax money?? Who do you think has been paying for your education this far??

  • It is sad that you have lowered American Citizenship to simply the status of "papers" American citizenship is more then that, indeed. But the fact that you are a citizenship should be held to a higher status. American citizenship should be defined as being born to two american citizens or being legally naturalized and learning fluent english.

  • DREAM ACT HAS AND WILL PASS!!!!! UNITED STATES IS BUILT MY ILLEGALS OPEN YOU EYES WHO DOES ALL THE SHITTY JOBS AND WORK THE WHITE MEN DOESNT WANT TO DO!!! WHO THE ILLEGALS WE BUILDS BRIDGES HOUSES ROADS BUILDING THE ILLEGALS

  • 3/3 C SPAN “Black Republican Forum” Session 2 (begin at 11:30) West said one of the 1986 caveats was to secure our borders, enforcement our laws, but we’re still talking about new amnesty like DREAM Act. We can’t allow local cities to make sanctuary cities policies, because they will bring our inner city turf wars to epic proportions by bringing in the drug cartel and Columbian gangs. (Mexican Gangs don’t recognize our borders established by the Treaty of Guadalupe)

  • 2/3 In November 2010, 15.1 million were unemployed (9.8%). 154 million are able to work in workforce (15.1 million/9.8%). GOOGLE “illegal immigration counters”, There are 11,941,812 (or 11.9 million) skilled jobs provided to illegal immigrants. the 15.1 million unemployed could take the 11.9 million available jobs. The unemployment rate could be reduced to 2.1% {{15.1-11.9)/154}.

  • 1/3 Immigrationcounters com 97% illegal immigrants are from Mexico. Illegalimmigrationstatistics org $1117 - The average amount you and your family paid in taxes this year to support illegals. 51% - The percentage of Mexican immigrant households that use at least one major welfare program. 28% use more than one.

  • what would happen if they take the time there using and try taking back theirs & their parents country? Peace there & here could happen! If you were really brave & really wanted to help fight for the rights of all the people of the world? You would go back together as a unit! As you are trying here to do! For change start for not just one person but all!

  • Please....stop whinning.....Blame your parents....Blame the worthless polititions that have ran my country for the last 30 years. Ask them to open thier wallets and pay for your needs. The border should have been secured and we paid alot of money to appointed individuals to ensure our laws were enforced. Of course they took thier pay and never bothered to do thier job. All polititions should pay back our country for not doing thier job.... SECURE OUR BORDERS

  • @1coffeecup

It's spelled whining, politicians, and their. You should be asking the school system to give your parents their money back, instead of the politicians. The sad part is, I being an illegal, am more articulate than you. This just proves the United States needs more scholars. PASS THE DREAM ACT!

  • @Atrociite Because you can correct a few words on You Tube you think you are smarter then a citizen?? You're really funny! NO TO THE DREAM ACT!! NOT NOW....NOT EVER!!!

  • @tinaw1969 I never said I was smarter, I said I was more articulate, learn the difference. If you people don't like being corrected then pick up a dictionary once in a while. It's quiet pathetic having someone like me correct you in English grammar, don't you agree? I think you people are the funny ones, thank goodness ignorant fools like you don't run the country. Do something more productive with your time, instead of looking up videos you disagree with, stupid troll.

  • @Atrociite I have to admit...you are really funny. Actually, you are more of a joke. Why don't you find something to do with your life (in your own country) and stop commenting on others opinions! And I would love to know exactly what you're talking about....what did you correct for me ass wipe?

  • @tinaw1969 You have to use duncical statements like ass wipe because your not intelligent enough to make a substantial come back, how pathetic. Nonetheless, thank you for proving my point, idiot.

  • @Atrociite LOL...yeah ok. Oh and there you go with the name calling too! Hipocrite!

  • The key is just to have a one nation world, with no borders and no differences, so the only loyalty we have to claim is to ourselves and to others.

  • Yes you have in the country you or your parents came from! And human rights! you leave your country that have no rights and you talk to us about rights! Cowards

  • Stop the DREAM ACT! It is full of loopholes that will only balloon the illegal pop more/chain migration, cost taxpayers enormously, reward criminality, freebees that our own won't get, reward gangs and DUIs,create para military returning gang members/drug cartel leaders IN AMERICA! Read the bill and demand today NO.

  • Let's Pass the Dream Act. As a neutralized American, I cannot stand here, and not do anything about it. I now attend local groups, and donate hundreds a month to organizations to allow this Bill to pass.

Liberty and Justice for all, not just some.

  • This is a very thoughtful and well-presented video that does an excellent job of educating people quickly about the issue and giving voice to the problem.

  • I bet they wouldn't be in Harvard if they were actual citizens. Why do you think they're still illegal?

  • we now have a new category of illegal aliens---illegal americans. people (mostly kids) that are brought here by parents illegaly, raised as an american, educated as as an american, grew up with beliefs and culture as an american. and the only thing that makes them not american...are papers.... D: we need to support the DREAM act for these educated people!!!!

  • @aznheat13

Trivializing the fact that their existence in this country is a crime does not entitle them to a taxpayer subsidized education. The audacity of making such an assertion is asinine. These EDUCATED people at Harvard are not fitting the bill, nor are they accessing state-provided scholarships like the average "student" would be if this bill were enacted. Their alleged intelligence level does not substantiate a valid reason for making exceptions. This money should go to legal citizens.

  • @snapura How exactly are these Harvard students, "not fitting the bill?" The Dream act, as far as I know, says nothing about scholarship money for students. What it does say is that after receiving an education or serving in the military, undocumented students are eligible for citizenship. Your tax dollars remain untouched. Even if they were however, know that many illegal citizens PAY TAXES and yet are all ineligible for any state/federal funding.

  • Comment removed

  • @DanaBrimmer

By the way, they aren't currently able to access any state/federal funding? Jeez, that's news to me I guess. Might want to research that too.

  • @snapura. Fair enough. Let me clarify: Undocumented students are not eligible for state/federal funding for college (couldn't put all that in there the first time because of word limitations). But your point is moot and irrelevant to the Dream Act, since they aren't eligible for this assistance until they have legal resident status (as opposed to the conditional resident status that they would have until they completed their degree) ....

  • @snapura ...I highlight though that the dream act applies to children who were brought here before they could make a choice about breaking the law themselves (under 15) and have been here for the last 6 years or more. They're Americans at heart if not yet on paper.

  • @DanaBrimmer They will constantly keep throwing the "well, my tax dollars are going to waste on this illegals" myth, without even knowing that MOST "illegals" pay taxes, in fact, if you count sales taxes, ALL undocumented people pay some form of tax. My father has paid taxes all 20 years we've been here, well, technically 19 years. I have fortunately been able to attend college (and going on my second degree) all thanks to PRIVATE scholarships that i found. To Snapura, that means private money.

  • @paulipaz

Next time reply to me so that I can respond. Yet again, your logic is still flawed. The vast majority of tax money doesn't come from the measly sales tax. Sadly in our country, there is a myriad of other taxes, which these people are evading. If these people could also avoid the sales tax, I can guarantee you that they would.

And I'm glad that you're going on to get your second degree, but the vast majority of these "new" students wouldn't be accessing private money.

  • @snapura A lot of states already secured taxes. For example, I have a family friend working in Walmart (He's in high school), he's illegal, and in his pay check, they automatically deduct 150-200$ from his pay check. They also deduct a lot of other things in order to receive benefits. In reality, even though he pays all these taxes, he gets NO BENEFITS from them.

  • @paulipaz

Also, if you look at the typical student in college, they are all normally receiving some sort of financial-aid because of the unreasonably high cost of getting a higher education. In essence, financial-aid is a veritable scholarship, which means that like "regular" college students, these "new" students would also be forced to access this money. And this money, definitely isn't private. In most cases, it is a very meager supply provided by the state or feds. (Tax money)

  • @snapura, yeah i believe they shouldnt get the benefits but those who already did should benefit from the dream act, so we can get some of our "investments" mainy those who are majoring in business, those are possibe future employers that will employ people and help provide much needed jobs. yeah exacty its narrowly tailored to benefit those who academically excel not the dropout clowns. wait what money? they arent elegible for most aids and most pay with their own money...

  • So you're advocating that only those who are deemed "useful" to the longevity of American business should be provided with these benefits over people that major in other areas? Either you majored in Business, or you haven't been to college, because the system that you just proposed is contradictory to every educational ideal in higher education

And it's obvious that you haven't read much about the dream act. They would be made eligible for a copious amount of financial-aid and scholarships.

  • @aznheat13 NEVER !!!!!!!!!!!

  • Education is not an act, education is not a dream, education is a human right. You came and grew in this country. Now you want to go to college and you deserve it, because you are going to serve this country like yours.

  • @patricia31768

A college education isn't a right, and it never should be. Look at how useless an undergraduate degree is today after the market became over-saturated with college grads. By stipulating that higher education is a right, you make the payment of that right a burden on the taxpayers. You also further delude the esteem associated with college education.

Force them to serve in the military, and don't allow them to access state-provided scholarship money. Pay like everyone else.

  • @patricia31768 Thank you. People like you get it. I grew up here. This is the only country I truly know. If given the chance, I would serve it like my own because I already regard it as my own, despite not being adopted or accept here by some and by law. I feel like a citizen, it is only a few papers that I need to tell me so, and sadly many say I don't deserve them. Well, it's been twenty years waiting, and I'm feeling the DREAM is near. ;-)

  • @patricia31768 GO TO HELL ILLEGAL ALIENS, TAKE YOUR DREAM ACT WITH YOU.

  • @patricia31768 Tell that to there country government officials , WE NEED TO KEEP THE FOCUS ON AMERICANS AND LEGAL IMMIGRANTS < NOT ILLEGAL ALIENS !
