  • "New Generation Youth"? Sound like Khmer Rouge propaganda. I'm just sayin. My Cambodian music knowledge is lacking.

  • @nuggz503 .....

  • Nice job by Dengue Fever with this is a cover of the original song "Yuvachon Yuvatey Samai Tmai" (New Generation Youth) by the emperor of Khmer music, Mr. Sinn Sisamouth and the Golden Voice of the Royal Capital, Ms. Ros Sereysothea.

  • just saw these guys live...shes sexy man i kept looking at her so she would notice hehe and she looked back quite a bit and obviously too funny that and then she introduces the band and says "this is bla bla (watever his name is..guy with beard) this my boyfriend" hahah was she saying something? trying to get a point across? no? haha who cares anyway

  • Man, you guys are getting popular. Wow, even world tours? Love all your songs.

  • i love nimol.

  • great band and great lyrics, would love to know if there are any websites with translated lyrics to the old khmer songs they cover.

  • I'm a Cambodian. I search the internet for them out of curiosity 'cos I've heard they remake oldies' khmer music. Eventhough I don't like most of their stuff, I'm grateful that they bring khmer's music to the world's knowledge and at the same time, keep all the oldy singers legacy alive (most of them died tragically). Thank you Dengue Fever

  • I discovered artists like Ros Sereysothea and Sinn Sisamouth through the music of Dengue Fever.

I like Dengue Fever, especially their debut album. But of the covers they have done, I tend to like the original songs the most.

  • If you want to listen to Ros and Sinn with some English translation, there Sarnserm's chennel. Just type for exemple, Unforgettable night by Samout. Another good channel is Jeffmagic32 where on the right side, he directs you to his website that you can download these artists' songs for free.

  • Thanks for the tip!

I have already been to Jeffmagic32's website, downloaded all songs with Ros and Sinn. :-)
