Yeah, I think you could speed up the animation of his Hadoken a little. Take a video reference of yourself doing it and that might help push it more. : )
I thought it's all good, just the character looked a bit stiff when the light came bright. Then the movement when Ryu did the Hadoken was stiff again. The rest was all good to me.
could you say wich programs you used and if the model, texture and bones were made from you?
