When you rig the market to fail in the first place then that is not speculating When you dump record amounts of BP stock and bet against it just days before it goes up in flames were you speculating that the rig will blow up. I'm wondering if what's going on is conceived behind closed doors by a small group of people or it's more along the lines of mass greed. I'd have to say more toward the former in light of what's been observed. So who are they??

Goldman Sachs having been given so many billions by the TARP bill (law), is now unable to return any of those TARP funds to America. How can an economy that has printed so much inflationary money be doing better, and how or when is it going to be returned or the books balanced. Even the auto industry bankruptcy hasn't been looked at. How much did we give to each company and how are we the American People going to rcoupe our (loss / stolen (because I know I said no to TARP 1 & 2)) investment.

Actually, there is no way to use court system or legislature to do anything to this giant blood sucker. All you can do to them is to feed it some poison or at least some control diet that make it hates his own food. Nothing will fail it except relationship because our entire economy is a religion of money. Money has no meaning when psychology that believe in it cracked. People have to understand money as tool by separate it from real rights and real material resource.
