Capcom....being able to throw projectile after projectile is not a glitch, and, therefor, was intended for the game. Being cheap may be subjective, but that doesn't mean your argument is valid. Of course, if you suck at sf2 you will think it's cheap. Otherwise you will learn to counter it and move on.

you don't understand street fighter at all, the entire point of the game is a tactical cat and mouse, it's about controlling space and systematically limiting your opponents options to corner them until victory. With each character you use and on top, with each character you face, the strategies need to be adjusted to maximize your char's strength against the other char's weakness, while the other player is trying to do exactly the same.

There are counters to everything, the game is more or less balanced, but beginners who don't know how to play the game will cry and whine about cheapness, Zangief's SPD, Honda's HHD, Ken's footsies, now Guile's sonic booms, there's a counter for everything, just because you don't know it, doesn't make it cheap

No, because I think that any game that needs a long ass ban list to make it competitive isnt a good one on one tournament game. Example: someone in USA vs someone in JAPAN its pretty far so maybe you must have a conection above the 2mbps of speed. But if u want to play with someone in the same continent there´s no problem.
