@BrandonCarterTV Is it true you're only 180lbs and 6.3inches? I ask because im 175lbs and 6.1inches at 8%BF and im nowhere ripping as you. Just from looking at you (assuming you're 6.3inches) i would guess you're 190-200lbs.
the thing is ..... I got no weight`s, thank God my grandfather made a pipe for cleaning carpets and I wonder, if I do more reps of 1 exercise for the same muscle group can it cover for not doing all types of exercises shown ?
@mojo66775 I completely agree - I always turn to Brandon Carter for new vids and workout techniques.......his bicep workouts are great, I have seen some great gains by doing his workouts.
@brandoncartertv yo whats ur nutrition intake or what supplements and so on whether u suggest this protein over another just let me know something out of your daily to weekly nutrition.

@BrandonCarterTV alrite help me out..i only work out for lets say 50 minutes 4 times a week because thats all i have time to do...if i want to get good results do i need to train hard every single minute i work out?? oh and when i do my back wourkouts i dont really feel anything in my upper back what am i doing wrong?? oh and your videos are really good, especially the ab workouts lol
