I was running near you guys around mile 43... I think your friend was talking about running the Western States at the time. I had forgotten about that dog, he kept me company for about 1/4 mile or so. What a great day! Congrats, and see you at JFK 50 2010.
That dog was incredible. He would've finished sub-6 if he ran straight through.
