Trick 'r Treat (2009) review - Halloween horror perfection!

I'm really surprised this movie isn't more famous. You always hear about movies like Paranormal Activity, but in my opinion this is 1000x better than it. This will probably always be one of my favorite horror movies, and it's very re-watchable.

I, myself, start celebrating in August. I watch almost nothing but horror films and thankfully this was one of them. It was certainly a lot of fun with great visuals, a decent format, and overall a perfect capture of the spirit of Halloween.

I went out and rented this tonight and I gotta say you were dead on(pun intended). This really is a good horror movie. I liked the comic book feel (kinda creepshowish in a way). It really does have that 80s, early 90s horror feel that I love so much. I`m looking forward to future reviews. You guys seem to really know your movies.

Woah! Saw IV was awesome, but this was incredible. I'm not a fan of early 80s or 90s, and hated Drag Me to Hell, but this was indeed F-U-N. I know what you mean about the spoilers. It really set the mood for Halloween and I can't wait till Saw vI> Great Review BTW!

nah it was kinda a bust got homesick and was stuckin a hostel...though I wasn't tortured so thats a plus lol... just got back after a few days sadly but next time when I'm more Prepared I'll try china again. right just to pay off the credit card

good video. shame what happened to this movie. BUT i still say this is a better time for horror than the 90s which never had many horror movies. At least now you get them in a more regular basis, instead of once in a while.

True. In the mid and late 90s it was all about the Scream rip-offs. There's definitely more going on now.
