She technically isn't naked. It's a body suit in real life and in the movie, she doesn't technically have female genitalia because she is mutant..Yes, her facial features and her older appearance suggests that is "female' and has all female quality but she isn't naked in the sense of a human. It should be pretty obvious. If she were naked in a human sense, you would see other things then just a barbie doll figure. Stop freaking out it's just a movie.
