The Kazakhstans chairmanship in 2010 is needed only for the sake of perpetuating the political regime of the incumbent president Nazarbayev. It is mainly directed for creating a fake positive image for Kazakhstani public and international community. Kazakhstani public will be brainwashed by all media outlets that Kazakhstan progressed in many directions including democracy and international community will be shown that the Kazakhstans government is making some steps toward liberalization.
