i am in northern ireland and order all the time from chinavasion have placed about 20 orders and no problems at all.

I think you should check out news sites etc who have interviewed people from the company you will see pictures of the offices and factory where they work 1 star video

I too have worked with Chinavasion with no problem. I live in US, so without knowing what has caused your problem, guess you have to look for other sources to solve it.

I have ordered 3 times from chinavasion and i never had a problem. I live in Europe though.Perhaps there was a problem with your customs service. Anyway good luck with the refund theskunk!
