Media has nothing to do with why a saturn game wont work on a dreamcast, The reason it wont work is they are completely different systems. Its like trying to run pc software on a mac without emulation. As far as cd-rs go on a dreamcast, there is protection but the boot code was cracked so thats how making self booting discs is possible. The saturn boot code is pressed on the edges and isnt possible to replicate on a cd burner.

supersayan21: I dont know what types of games u'r into but a few good 1's r Tales of Symphonia, Resident Evil 4, the Zelda Collection, Skies of Arcadia, FIRE EMBLEM PATH OF RADIANCE Must have for tactical rpg fans, and Luigis Mansion a lot of people didn't like it but i think its a good platformer.
