I don't like how you all say as if those "outtakes" and this one were official stuff. The english voice actors obliviously did something on their own, so this is no "Alternate Ending", just some "bonus stuff" from the english DVD version.

they're alluding to yet another blooper/out-takes real, where Doc is "talking" through the radio [the topic: boys]. You can probably search for it--it's number 9.
