He agreed to do tests by agencies in foreign countries, or only agreed to take tests if theres a 2 week cutoff window... meaning he can go 2 weeks without being tested. There are many PED's. 1) olympics don't let you to shoot your hands up with xylocane like mayweather. only vegas allows that and floyd hasn't fought out of vegas since 2005. no olympic boxer had blood drawn in the month before the games. there is no olympic BLOOD test for steroids.
2) pac agreed to blood test a month before and immediately after, and unlimited piss tests
3) pac (turned pro at 16) went through the weight classes by age EXACTLY the same as mayweather. look it up
