  • @legacybeadle hey man if u want to improve your handstand I would suggest doing some handstands on the wall they REALLY help. Also when doing handstand u want to firmly press your fingers against the surface because this prevents u from falling forward into a bridge but if u fall back down the way u came up then press your palms against the ground. One last things is to probably do some crunches or sit ups because handstands require a lot of core strength. Just keep practicing yo =) peace

  • @BboyiGi for headstand to airchair, its all about gtting ur head high, twisting ur hips, and kicking ur face. U want ur head away from the ground cause that way u wont fall so bad and that ur back can land on ur arm. Twisting ur hips is the most important because if you dont then ur sweet spot wont make contact with ur elbow so u have to turn ur hips and as for legs. U should try ur best to kick urself in the face, u wont kick urself but try. Also flex ur arm cause u will land unstabbed. Peace=)

  • feels like im barely improving in bboying at all? hopefully this is just a phase. anyways the stabbing part is really hard. there are many tuts on how to do an airchair here and there and the stabbing part is rlly confusing 0_0? some ppl say u stab on the side, some say to stab on the back...i rlly dont kno where to stab lol anyways i havnt watched the entire vid (only half) cuz mai internet is so dam slow. u got any tips on how to improve wrist strength?

  • @iPianoAzn Hey man...sorry, can't help you much with the stabbing part I guess. It's just something you're gonna have to get used to and figure out what feels right.

    But to improve wrist strength I suggest getting a stretch band, and do wrist exercises with it, or get a powerball, its really good.

  • @RiisuKun i got a problem with the stab. i found where to stab and found it most comfortable near the hip but everytime i try to balance myself, my elbows and arms start to kinda shift and sway and it makes balancing hella difficult. if ur kinda confused ill try to explain it better, thanks and write back ;)

    I think maybe you gotta lift your hips and knees/legs higher so that you're elbow doesn't stab into your back so hard! Good luck!

  • @iPianoAzn when i was learning stabbin, it helped to stretch your wrists a lot and have good abdominal strength. a lot of freezes count on leverage too. like the turtle, when you go into it, slide your whole body forward while keeping your hands on the ground without sliding, it makes holding it easier if that makes sense. hope this helped

  • @iPianoAzn Yo learn chair freezes if you can flawlessly chairfreeze use the stabbing position in that for an airchair. Same spot.

    They're both pretty hard, but I would say Hong 10 is easier.

    How long would you recommend to stretch everyday?

  • @logikitude Personally airchair is more difficult...I never spent time to practice halo freeze. After being able to do airchair I just decided to try halo freeze...and I could do it...so if you can do airchairs...halo freeze is not hard I guess.

  • @Bbgreek Hey, ummm, well, stabbing is kind of hard to explain actually...but just try to stab in the back if you can, not in the side. If you can only stab in the side, then do that first, and stretch your shoulders everyday until they get more flexible. At first it will be uncomfortable, but it will get better over time. Once you get more strength and balance and flexibility you will be able to lift your body higher...so it goes kind of unstabbed...that why I am stabbing so high.

  • I can feel i have the proper placement of my arm. and i can hold it like a sidechair. But when i try to thrust my legs up to do the airchair my stomach woun't curl in. Whats the matter? is that a flexibility issue, or strength?

  • @Bboy012 I guess flexibility and strength...do the same stretch that I told Bboy4Lyfe30757 to do...and also make sure you have a good core( abs) its really important for blowups.

  • duuuuuude love the tutorial but how do u balance with ur legs so high??? i can balance my airchair but not with my legs as high as u guy's what do u have to do to get ur legs that high?

    To get legs that high stretch a looot. Do the stretch at 28 seconds...but also put your body sideways, that will stretch your torso...put hands around your foot(toes) and pull towards you while keeping your leg straight and try to get your head as close to your foot as possible. That's the main stretch...and do it on both legs.

  • THX RI!! but i think i found out another reason why i cant touch my toes, i thinks its the angle of my stabbing arm because im really flexible i can bring my head to my knees and hold it for a while but when i do airchairs in the mirror i see that my stabbing arm is bending less than 90 degrees and i think thats why. Srry for typing and bothering u so much XD im just desparate for airchairs so any way in help my arm angle??? this is why i cant thread either XPPP
