when u see blue light, red/blue lights, and hear a siren u don't just stay there, I saw that it was a pedestrian zone, taxi&buses zone, but move when u see the car coming at you at that speed MOVE, of course the driver was going too fast for that kind of area.

Primo :il est pas en intervention...donc...secondo:­il n'aurait pas dut conduire comme sa . Si vous regardez bien on voit qu'à l'avan il n'y a que le conducteur ,le deuxième policier est à l'arrière avec une personne interpellée donc il éffectue juste un transfert jusqu'au commissariat .Mais bon voilà c'est fait qu'est-ce que voulez y faire ,et puis il n'a toucher personne ce qu'il à fait n'est donc pas grave ,juste inconcient .

Later, when the car makes its second left turn, he is turning into a pedestrian/bus area that is purposefully not well defined. Only buses and taxis (and emergency vehicles) are allowed to drive there. Mostly it's just people walking around and it is not clear where the road is and where the pedestrian area is. Where he oversteered, we were not in the street.
