I seriously recommend you use an oven for cooking meat. NOT a microwave. Man, this concerned me.

I *was* using an oven. It's a multifunction oven/microwave/grill in oven mode.

i looked through your website too was a good read, also found out about the two girls video - i agree fake. where in uk are you im in middlesex i havent tried cooking a beef casserole before, does the mustard enhance flavour or add new flavour? oh is that a microwave or an actual mini oven? ty

I'm in Northamptonshire.

The mustard adds a flavour, similar to a marinade.

A combi-oven, including a microwave, grill and mini-oven. I was using only the mini-oven function in this recipie.
