@xxsharonxxyo it's not 1 skirt, but layers of multiple skirts. look for the 25 yrd skirts, and you layer 2 in different colors then layer another skirt (like a fringe skirt, long hip scarf etc.) over that, then you tuck the sides up. She is wearing the harem pants underneath.
