  • im now thinking what im doing on that time...

  • Beautiful! Thanks!

  • I Really Like The Video From Your Watch how the Us Space shuttle launches into outter space and records magnificent view of the Earth's lakes and sky.

  • Your Video Is Very Useful Sharing Watch how the Us Space shuttle launches into outter space and records magnificent view of the Earth's lakes and sky.

  • nicee

  • i'm gonna miss the space shuttles

  • Simply breathtaking, Thank You for sharing

  • that is the life the real life,

  • 8 people are Bolcheviks!

  • my dream also... hehehehe I'm an imposoble dreamer!!

  • @gorilla6891 thats the meaning of dreams. Never stop doing that.

  • is it possible nasa have gone further into space and not made it public?

  • @210482fmj To put it simply: Nope. The Saturn V is the biggest rocket NASA built, and it would rattle people's windows in Orlando with how loud and powerful it was. You can't launch that thing without people noticing.

  • @Coillscath WHat if they are lauching from the iss in space. It could be possible they have built lauch facilities in space

  • @210482fmj Nah, not possible. You can see ISS as a bright dot in the night sky with the naked eye, and with a half decent pair of binoculars you can even discern its shape while it's passing overhead. Other countries have much more sophisticated spy equipment, and would have spotted any big constructions up in space very quickly.

  • @210482fmj , There is nowhere further to go right now. We have sent probes to every planet which is well documented. The next great leap IMO will be discovering life on Europa (Jupiter moon) or Enceladus (Saturn moon), by way of robots. I think this is probably 10-20 years away. A manned mission to Mars would be awesome but is probably 25+ years away.

  • Videos like these make me wanna become an Astronaut! I would love to work for NASA but then again it's a risky job.I admire astronauts for the courage they have to go out of this world and explore all the beauties of our wonderful universe. People often call me a nerd cause i'm into all of this space stuff but I just realize that I don't care In my opinion it is sort of ignorant that people think this way of me when they don't know nothing about the universe they live in.

  • Endeavor all the way through?

  • its kinda eery watching this now knowing it will never be seen in space again,

even though im British i was proud as a human for what you all at Nasa have accomplished,

R.I.P to the Space Shuttle, may your soul thrust up to the heavens and beyond

  • That's the single most beautiful video I've seen. A clear example of men doing wonderful things and breaking the boundaries, to produce things that will be remembered forever. That's, folks, is mankind at it's best. Thank you for such a stunning video.

  • 4:12 area 51? :D

  • 8 people are russian

  • @MegaAfroGuy hahahahahahahahaha

  • the world over your head :D 4:56

  • Next stop: The Milky Way

  • cooll..amazing.. but wait! is it true that there will be no more space expeditions? this is the last? but i wanna be astronaut one day! i want to go to space! how about my dream if it happens..

  • Most of this footage is taken during STS-99 and I think you'll find that, yes its Atlantis at the start of this clip BUT its ENDEAVOUR that is shown at the end of this film if you look carefully as the shuttle lands. Sorry to throw a spanner in the works. I only know this as I have a kept TV recording of Nat. Geo. (HD) programme "Earth from Space".

  • AMAZING

  • i don't understand if they wanna separate those parts then y they have made those parts?

  • @nada2151 becoz if you don't have that part what you call boosters, it's hard, or maybe impossible to lift off the space .. becoz we have what you call escape velocity. this thing is what you need to get away to get out of earth's atmosphere

  • @nada2151 you mean the fuel tanks???

  • @kikomagana1990 is that fuel tank?

  • I think this is the coolest nasa video on youtube. I love it, great image quality !!!!

    Thanks for sharing this video

  • THE FIST TIME I SEE THE SONI BOOM ON A SPACE SHUTTLE 2:44

  • I love it has inspired me to go out there and work for NASA and be part of the space program and work my way up to being an astronaut and work up there with ISS

  • It's very wonderful , very !

  • 7 people have no soul....

  • @skot66 no 97952 people have no soul xD

  • i cant believe we are destroying it, humans, if you want ufos to see our planet as it is shown, we have to save it and preserve it, no more throwing away trash, pick up after your selfs, and to the government, stop all the bull shit, no more atomic bomb testing and hope to see ya in space my fellas. PEACE.

  • Yeah it's cool. My dad is one of the people that built and worked on the Shuttles. How lucky!!! :) Oh, by the way...thanks for the song!

  • Please! Somebody knows the name of this music?

  • I'm sorry, I believe this music was produced by Michael W Smith??? What is the actual name of the song?

  • My father Thomas Loper workied for Nasa , He will be missed ,, Love you Thomas Loper ..

  • To Infinity And Beyond !

  • @AVALONZ74 lol

  • @AVALONZ74 Ao infinito e além ! from Brazil!

  • cool do u work at nasa?

  • IT'S AMAZING! IT'S A DREAM TO BE THERE. ALL ABOUT SPACE IS FASCINATING AND FULL OF BEAUTY. IMAGINE YOU IN THE SHUTTLE SEEING THE SKY AS U KNOW IT AND SUDDENLY, THE STARS APPEAR. WOW! BEAUTIFUL VIDEO.

  • this is amazing! this michael w smith song is PERFECT for this! i've always gotten chills listening to this song...and this just gave me more :)

  • keep in mind that many NASA employees were kept in the dark to what was going on. i do not have compelling evidence that we did not go to the moon. just like people who think we did, also have none. i suggest you watch some videos on youtube under the user the thejarrahwhite. he has done much research on the topic. i feel i must make it clear..i do not think everything is a conspiracy. i dont think 9/11 is a conspiracy or nothing like that. but im tell you, this moonlanding shit never happened.

  • @DecayedOfferings Alright I'll check the guy out, but as far as I'm concerned (and I won't force you to change your view) there is more evidence that we landed on the moon than there is that we did not. Whether or not this evidence is compelling is a matter of perception and to me, the successful launch of Apollo 11, man made objects on the moon, moon rocks and lack of any evidence to the contrary is what convinces me, because most of this evidence has yet to be refuted by reputable researchers

  • @Drinky310 well if youre evidence includes live video of a lunar landing, you might as well throw that out the window, thats not evidence. man made objects on the moon? im guessing youre speaking of the reflector that could have easly been launched unmanned at a later time?

i believe quite the opposite. although debunkers have managed to prove many conspiracy theories wrong, they in turn have not provided any valid reasons for it being an actual true event.

  • @DecayedOfferings I consider videos of the lunar landing to be... unsatisfactory in some ways I will agree, but the original is evidence, whether in support of the landing or a hoax, and yes that is a good point that you as well as Jarrah made about those objects being from unmanned missions. But again, if there was significant doubt, why would the Soviets not reject a claim that its greatest rival achieved such a morally significant achievement?

  • @DecayedOfferings Personally, I think it makes more sense that we landed on the moon, which therefore reduced the appeal of further landings which would not add any relevant knowledge to future research. But I'm done for now (Midterm week is calling me forth haha), I will review some of Jarrahs stuff as I have enjoyed some of his theories and keep my mind open. Which I suggest anyone who reviews these claims do, whether or not they believe the claim to be a hoax or not.

  • @Drinky310 well i dont undertand why they would want to colonize the moon then if theres nothing to gain from research there. they do have "plans" to do so...

im sure there are people like me in Russia who would think its a hoax too. but their voices go unheard, just like Americans who believe it was a hoax. perhaps theres a secret somewhere within a peace treaty not to talk about these things. or a huge payoff. thats what i think. anyways...gooday sir :)

  • @DecayedOfferings at least you two weren't being like the rest of people on YouTube. Constantly throwing out insults and refusing to hear the other side. If there are arguements, they should be civilized like yours.

  • @XLrLNoOdLE well thank you, i try to be civilized. dishing out lame insults like that toxxin character does really just makes him look like a fool. i dont have time to argue with that ya know. calling me retard sure isnt going to change my mind about anything.

  • @DecayedOfferings the moon offers a perfect launching point for an expedition to Mars. there are alot of minerals to mine on the moon, also it could be used as a missile base to discourage any conflict of earth. also, it would let the earths population have a much needed spill zone for our already out of control population.colonizing the moon would be a great and awesome endeavor, also think about the americas, people they werent worth colonizing too

  • @minigun20 any mining of the moons resources would be totally ineffencient considering payload, and the engery/fuels and money it takes to get back and fourth. same goes for colonization. also considering how long it takes to get to mars, and the fact that it isnt inhabitable either, makes it the same as the moon. all this is pure science fiction, EVEN IF WE DID have the money and resources to do this, it would take so many years, that all mankind would be dead already. not gonna happen.

  • @DecayedOfferings any minerals mined would be to support the base on the moon, probably not sent back to earth. they are planning to build a base near the north pole for water from the ice there. with a greenhouse and solar panels people could live there a long time.

  • Majestic -Human nature at it's finest.

  • majestic musical accompaniment on top of a now classic marvel of engineering... and the first comment i see afterward is "YOURE A TROLL IM NOT UP YOURS" HAHAHAHAHA

  • this is exactly why no one can fuck with the united states, how can you fuck with nasa, the russian shuttles are little dinky things compared to appolo 2 3, this monster

  • great

  • can u just imagine the feeling of knowing that u are no longer on earth but in space...i mean the concept seems dumb...but if u think about it u have total freedom up there...i know that ill never get to feel this feeling in my life time but wouldn't it be the greatest thing to go through...flying out of earth..its funny thou think of the peace u would have being up there no more of the city noise no more problems at work just you and ur crew floating up there...i wish one day i get to be lucky

  • I think this is amazing and beautiful, and I went through this period about obsessing over space and dreaming about going in one of those space crafts myself, but then I painfully realized everything that is going on earth that we should be putting our efforts into help fixing the messes we made. My passion for space and what lies within it still lies within me that I think about every night, but I vowed I would do everything I can on on saving earth until the day I die.

  • One day we will be zipping around in interstellar space. Ah I love envisaging the future for our species. Carl Sagan would be proud!

  • @poopd0g07 looks like somebody failed in English.

  • why would the obama administration shut this down????!!!

  • @Adapt0rDi3 why wouldnt they shut it down? its been a waste of billions of dollars for no purpose. we should shut NASA down altogether. whats the point in NASA anyways? to try and find some new planet to colonize? we cant even get to the moon(yes im saying to was a hoax) so how are we going to travel hundreds of lightyears? when the planet dies, if humans arent all dead already, we'll die with the earth. lets pump some more money into making our lives better here, not this nonsense.

  • making our lives better has nothing to do with the government spending money on the space program. If you are poor, move to a better place get a fucking loan and get a job. this inspires all man kind and it vital to understanding how humans function in space. the space station also serves MANY other purposes, monitoring solar flares, watching global weather patters, ect all thin which are IMPORTANT.

    - a scientist

  • @cptmuska yea it seems totally logical to spend billions of dollars MONITORING things we cannot stop doesnt it? so what if the sun released a massive amount of radiation and burns us do death? we cant stop it. we cant stop weather patterns either. we are not supernatural beings that can stop nature from happening just by spending billions to understand it.

  • @DecayedOfferings Oh darn I fed the troll.

Education has failed us. You for this, and me for feeding.

    Whoops, did it again.

  • @RDKirbyN whos the "troll"? if you having nothing to important to add to this conversation, and are only gonna use geeky interenet slang like "troll".....well id say youre the troll. since when is having a debate considered trolling? maybe you should look up "troll" on the urban dictionary to see its proper meaning.

  • @DecayedOfferings if it wasn't for nasa you would be living in a communist country right now, shut your mouth and accept ad applaud everything they do.

  • @cptmuska please tell me the relation between NASA and communism? dont tell me to shut my mouth just because you like to talk false nonsense that i will not accept. you really seem like an brainless idiot, so i really dont care if you reply or not. good day

  • @DecayedOfferings lol nasa put a man on the moon, if that didnt happen communist Russia would have taken over the united states.

  • @cptmuska WHAT?! you think if Russia beat us to the moon they would take over our country? im saying this as nicely as i can, youre an idiot. just because one country loses the space race has nothing to do with being taken over. im pretty sure two countries can still engage in a war without a lunar lander and a moon rover.

  • @DecayedOfferings technology to launch missels from space, at russia witch was uheard of at that time, if you people knew anything thing about history you would know i am right. lol Oo i own the channel your a dumb nerd who dosent know muuch. enough said.

  • @cptmuska you said nothing just now that backs up your statement earlier that without the space program we'd be a communist country now. i dont know why im talking to you.

  • Comment removed

  • @cptmuska K while I wont disagree landing on the moon wasnt a historical tipping point morale-wise for the people of America during the cold war, I'd find it highly unlikely that being able to launch missiles from space would have won a war... its kind of impracticable since A) you have to get a missile up there to launch it (cost effectiveness is terrible) and B) a missile launched from the ground is just about as effective in terms of range and evasive abilities... so yah... lol

  • @Drinky310 not at that time, land to land missals could only go so far.

  • @cptmuska Both nations had ICBM's before and during the 1960's.... Though I do not have a figure on their ranges at that time (R7 missile 8,800 km range possibly, but it was Russian... so you never really know lol), I'm quite certain that considering both the Soviet Union and USA had submarine based launching systems not to mention friendly bases within each other's range where ballistic missiles could be launched from, it would still be much more efficient to launch one from the ground.

  • @Drinky310 icbm's can be shot down very easily as well do not have the capacity to travel the entirity of the Atlantic ocean. the soviets were developing a kinetic energy bomb which would have wiped the us off the map.

  • @cptmuska I won't refute that ICBM's can be shot down, but anti-ballistic missiles are not 100% effective and as well, cannot stop a multiple incoming ICBM's very easily, hence why most investment during the cold war went towards first strike weapons rather than countermeasures. As well, a nuke launched from the Soviet Union wouldn't go over the Atlantic, it'd more likely travel over the Arctic which is a much shorter distance and more likely to succeed.

  • @cptmuska However, kinetic energy weapons (orbital bombardment) would be quite an incredible weapons system I do admit, but again theres a reason it didn't develop. First off political treaties banned space based nuke systems, as well the expense to create a system effective enough to circumvent the effectiveness of ICBM's would have been incredible. a cost the Soviet Union at that time likely would not have been able to bear as they barely survived economic wise from the arms race to begin with

  • @DecayedOfferings What's the point of NASA? You knowing Global Warming was understood due to us learning about the green house effect from VENUS, and what could happen to our planet if we don't take care of it. If anything we should be giving more money to NASA and get rid of the IRS and save ourselves TRILLIONS of dollars. By understanding the universe around us, the better we understand ourselves, and yes the only true possible expansion for the human race, to succeed, is to colonize space.

  • @ToxxinProductions we cannot colonize space, thats the point. what type of fantasy world are you living in? all inhabitable planets(if there are any) exist trillions of miles out of our solar system. it took the saturn probe years to get there, UNMANNED. youre simply a quack if you think man will ever get off of this planet and orbit anything besides the earth. stop the nonsense.

  • @DecayedOfferings

    Way to cut it short.

  • @DecayedOfferings (This is the other person who runs this channel now just so you know)

Saying the colonization of space is impossible is just flat out stupid. We already made it to the moon, how the fuck are you gonna say we didnt? If you did your a blind fool. Space colonization is ABSOLUTELY possible. Look how far technology has come. In just the 1920's we barley had our first vehicle. In just under 100 years we have vehicles to transport you OFF THE FUCKING PLANET. Give us 50 more years. ha

  • @ToxxinProductions yea theres a lot of gullible people that still think we went to the moon. 40 years ago i could understand that. i guess common sense hasnt gotten any further since then.

you know living in a space station, or even colonizing the moon is quite a bit different than MEN traveling out of our solar system looking for a home on another planet. thats what im talking about. anyone who thinks that will ever happen is the fool.

  • @DecayedOfferings Holy fuck your stupider than I thought. HOW WAS THE FUCKING VISIT TO THE MOON FAKE? So we faked seeing us sending people into space, then coming back on this planet with samples of lunar material? All broadcast on many public stations? Stop being so dense, you sound like a christian. I know living in space is much different than actually leaving our galaxy. Did you even read my post? How I talked about the advancement in technology is just 90 years? Fuck you are retarded. Haha.

  • @ToxxinProductions holy shit youre still here? what does a fake moonlanding have to do with religion? thats the dumbest shit ive ever heard. and no im not christian.

some people say the moon rocks were found in Antarctica, whever they came from it wasnt the moon. 30% of Americans are smart enough to know the shit was staged. you should read some books about it and you may agree, or continue to be 70% in denile, or just stupid. also like i said, your space colonization bullshit is nonsense lol

  • @DecayedOfferings God you are fucking embarrassing to even speak to. Your intelligence is equivalent to a 2nd grader suffering down syndrome and progeria. Just by listening to that god awful shit you call music on your profile I can see your just some hardcore rebellious teenager that wants to deny everything logical in this fucking world. God you are a dumb fuck. I dont need to stat facts to the .004% of people that actually think that shit was staged. Sir, do us all a favor and die(:

  • @ToxxinProductions yea sending a few guys 240,000 miles into space, passing through deadly radiation belts is logical. i understand.....youre a brainwashed 16 yr old punk kid. go play some more first person shooters and rott your brain away kid. youve lost all validity, actually i dont think you ever had any. but anyways....GOO DAY :) haha

  • @DecayedOfferings First off, if you are going to insult my intelligence, PLEASE use proper grammar. A fucking 2nd grader can type a more logical sentence. And are you fucking RETARDED? Do you NOT know what a magnetic field is? The thing that protects us from the radiation is? It goes out near the moon too jackass. The landing wasnt fucking fake you illogical cunt nugget. And ever hear of iodine pills dumbfuck? You have no idea what you are even talking about. Its embarrassing.

  • @ToxxinProductions so whats your point? the earths magnetic field keeps the Van Allen radiation belt in place. even if they had NOT passed through the belt, once they stepped out of the luner module they would have been killed (not immediately) by radiation. also the moon is constantly bomdarded by debris or rock matter traveling thousands of mph. please research before you try to get into a debate. potassium iodine pills werent used in 1969, and would have not have helped in these conditions.

  • @DecayedOfferings Hey I'm bored and am going to get into this debate too, one piece of proof that goes against the whole radiation conspiracy theory is the fact that a large majority (80ish%) of former astronauts who traveled into orbit and to the moon have developed radiation induced cataracts, thus giving pretty solid proof that they've been either to space/the moon or the inside of a Soviet Nuclear reactor haha.

  • @Drinky310 Actually Im sorry, not 80%ish of them get them, but they have been found to have had a much higher rate of cataracts and radiation induced cancers than most, but it is a point worth mentioning when it comes to people who claim radiation from the moon is that deadly, it just proves that space suits aren't completely invulnerable but at the same time shows that its likely these men did in fact leave Earth and reached the moon.

  • @Drinky310 well sir/mrs....that exposure to radiation in orbit of earth is one thing....traveling though radiation belts and being exposed to no atmosphere on the moon to block radiation is another...not to mention the thousands of tiny particals and rocks that slam into the moon without burning up first, sorta makes it a battle field. so many pictures of the moon landing were altered its hard to take seriously. look at some moon rover pics, and youll see its never been moved. like its on a set.

  • @DecayedOfferings Its sir lol, and Im not going to comment on the particulate hoax theory because I honestly don't know enough to comment on that one, but when it come to conspiracy theories as a whole as well as the Van Belt theory I have two things to say: 1) Even Van Allen himself has been quoted to saying that passing through the belt in the time that the shuttle spent in the belt would not likely have led to severe exposure, leading to him rebutting his original claim. and second...

  • @Drinky310 2) think of it from a different realistic point of view, hundreds of thousands of people worked with the Apollo program, and no one who has worked with this program has come forward with any definitive evidence to refute the claims. The time, energy and most importantly money that would've needed to go into faking a moon landing from this point of view would be enormous, and would probably be more impracticable than actually attempting to land on the moon.

  • @Drinky310 it would take a massive amount of money to cover it up, no doubt. and a lot of NASA engineers that might have come forth with any information have mysteriously died shortly after the apollo missions. a bit strange if i may so so myself.

  • @DecayedOfferings Define a lot... bcuz out of aprx. 400,000 related employees a few strange deaths/missing persons is a statistical likelihood. Look in my view, the only people who know what happened are the NASA personal and astronauts themselves. I will not definitively say we landed on the moon because I was not there. I just find it more likely that we landed on the moon in 1969 than it being a hoax that went unchallenged by any other nation and the USSR. It just makes more sense to me

  • @DecayedOfferings However, if you do have any compelling evidence of it being a hoax, send me a link. I'd be more than glad to check it out because I find all this stuff fascinating personally and am open to scrutiny.

  • holy engineering!

  • this show's that we should honor these brave individuals who risk there lives for things like this. and the video also shows how we should honor our planet that provides life and how beautiful she is.

  • Comment removed

  • @cuongnhu246 yea lets honor idiots who strap themselves to millions of gallons of rocket fuel, and ignite it. true heroes huh? NOT. i agree we should honor our beautiful planet though. before its not so beautiful anymore.

  • i didnt cry but my eyes where itchy

  • where are the stars?

  • lol smiley face

  • wow..............all i can say

  • i literally just almost cried for the first time in 2 years...

  • @jkcrusher18 l-0l0l0l0l0

  • Ancient technology...search for Bill Cooper to learn more,.

  • @formeliandialogue What exactly am i supposed to be getting out of this? All i see is shit about aliens when i search Bill Cooper...

    Care to elaborate?

  • The music reminds me of Titanic.

  • This is our home...now and forever. Any1 know what that long arm was??

  • This is our home...now and forever.

  • how much did that cost in fuel defo didnt go to the gas staition in the uk!!

  • where do those rockets land? cos theyre pretty big ! lol

  • @mm1k3y they fall into the ocean with a parachute

  • @MrAirsteven123 ohh right cool cos they dont have control of them so i just wondered :) thanks.

  • @mm1k3y ocean maybe?

  • wow i love space. just how cool to be literally out of this world.

  • ive got one of those :)

  • perfect music for this...its like if the brave heart soundtrack had a baby with the gettysburg soundtrack

  • on 7:29 i can read endavoir that is a other space shutlle not the atlantis

  • Perfect soundtrack for this video yo.

  • @be4realyo Word

  • I salute America! I hope I get to touch the blarred skin of a shuttle! My Harvard dorm is traveling to NASA to learn more about these machines and hear from NASA's group that built the engines of the shuttles. We will also enter the crew cabin of the shuttle. Can't wait!

  • @Insorski wow you're really lucky i hope i get to do that too

  • thumps up if you got goose bumps ! man Imagine if you were in that shuttle damnn scary kinda

  • at the end in 7.05 starts another song, do you know wich one?

  • great video, makes me all emotional! one day i hope to experience some form of outer atmosphere/space flight, as im kind of in the right industry. :)

  • The more I watch this video, the more I fall in love with mankind. Don't you think we are capable of anything?

  • 2:48 is it the sound barrier?

  • @KTRONKTRON sort of, its not the exact point of breaking the sound barrier, its called the point of maximum dynamic pressure. that white shroud you see is the air being compressed by the sheer speed of the shuttle, or more specifically the water vapour showing up in the air. you can see it happen on most supersonic aircraft when flying at high speeds.

  • that thing kicks ass

  • It's so beautiful I'm crying.

  • amazing video

  • My dream.

  • ....beautiful ...no coment....

  • That was absolutely beautiful...Gods hand at work

  • Would of loved to seen this in infrared in orbit. nice video thanks for uploading

  • Love the visuals, not so much the uninspired "Imax-esque" music..

  • see you space shuttle, nice knowing you

  • How beautiful! Magnificent!
