I am in the market for a new pressure washer and foam cannon. Can you please PM me with the information on the Foam Cannon and your setup. I'm here in the good o'le USA.
Free energy has been here all along ,But the Oil companies want these technologies unknown to the masses,Find a motor that needs no fuel or input at LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM ,Big change is comming soon!
where do you buy the larger size plastic bottle that holds the solution for the cam spray? I heard that you can get them at home depot or something like that.
Any hardware store, supermarket etc should carry the empty spray bottles. I've tried several and usually purchase the 32oz size and spend a little more as the weakness of the inexpensive bottles is the neck near the top, which tend to crack.
I let it sit or dwell for just 2-3mins, it's been my experience that the foam does help remove some grime but after I let the foam dwell I still use a wash mitt, I suppose with more frequent washing you may be able to achieve a "touchless" wash w/o a wash mitt and bucket, but water and time are valuable commodities so my washes are less frequent.
Direct sunlight ... I would avoid regardless of using a foam cannon or just regular washing. But like the majority of all owners who hasn't washed a car in the sun. The foam get less chance to dwell in the sun and you should only do small sections at a time.
looking to add a citrus degreaser to my car shampoo and using it with the cam spray, hoping that it will break down all of the roam grime on the car with out damaging the paint
Depending on the cleaner but if it's a degreaser be extremely cautious. It may not be intended for auto paint but for heavy clean-up jobs such as an engine compartment. The only citrus cleaner I have used has been the citrus washngloss by chemical guys, and only used aprox 2oz to 32oz water. Then foamed car, let sit for a couple mins, washmitt, then immediate rinse.
as expected this will remove all wax and protection, so wax and apply your favorite lsp after washing. I use the normal less aggressive car soap 99% time and only use the citrus when I plan of claying the car and applying fresh wax
I have the same cam spray, karcher pw set up as you (my pw is 1550), is there a way to adjust the foam output? my foam is coming out really thich except streaming like water from a hose. I would like it more spread out all over an area like yours in your videos
The camspray stream definitely is adjustable at the black nozzle end, It should be as simple as twisting it like a normal garden hose nozzle. It goes from a stream to fan spray etc. The foam ratio is also adjustable from the red dial
There are numerous good foaming car washes. Examples are Optimum's Car Wash, Duragloss Car Wash Concentrate, Poorboy's Super Slick and Suds and Autogeek's Detailers Pride Xtreme Foam.
the purpose off all that soap/foam is to dwell on the paint and help loosen up some of the stubborn grit on the car. The foam is thick and heavy which helps remove dirt.
I purchased it online last year. There are now several companies offering different versions of the foam cannon. I'll send you a PM. Top right - click on MORE INFO>.... Karcher electric
To be honest, by itself very little. It helps prevent marring or scratching the paint. Helps in softening up any residue. To be used along with the conventional wash mitt or other media so your still working 'hands on'. Spray the vehicle, let it soak or dwell, then wash.
It's a camspray foamer, completely different than anything Karcher offers. A LOT more foam but with that comes increased cost. I have the Karcher foamer attachment (yellow bottle) I just never used it.
It's been used I guess 25 times so far. About an hour or so each time (not spraying constantly but off/on/standyby) for cars, home, driveway, patio etc.

I used a wash mitt after letting the foam dwell or soak for a few minutes.

how long do you let the foam settle on the car before washing off. I under stand that the whole idea is to get the dirt to "fall off" with the foam.
is it ok to do this to your car in the direct sun light?
thanks again, sorry for all the questions.
