I'm pretty sure CMM only wrote the dream sequence for the episode. The writers obviously had a plan for where they were taking the beginning and end of the episode all the stuff about "not ready to lose you" the pain and collapsing, and later when they find out about the baby trouble he mentions that dream and how made him feel about losing her. So it did have some relevance.

i love oth soo much, but this is honestly the worst episode in the entire series. it's so pointless, besides the part at the end where peyton like, collapses. and its weird cuz this is the episode that CMM wrote lol

I wish people would get over the "pretty girl" line, so he said it to Peyton so what, Peyton's a girl and she's pretty, my ex boyfriend calls his girlfriend some nicknames that he use to call me and why, because that's just his saying and it ever bothered me, so all you Brucas fans just need to get over it seriously

Well, about Lucas calling Peyton "pretty girl". Do you remember back in Season 4 when Peyton was scared about being with Lucas because she was afraid she might lose him? She said "People always leave." And Lucas said he'd wait for her, no matter how long it'd take. That was so romantic. But then, when he was with Lindsey, guess what he said to her after she left him at the altar? "No matter how long it'll take, I'll wait for you."

In Season 5 & 6 Lucas was such an idiot.
