what're you talking about? He uses them plenty of times...Only reason you don't see them more often is because he used them during his training and the eye beams he stopped using because he stopped bein an important character.

at the end of the match ten shin han began to respect goku. the tournament recognizes ten shin han the winner since goku hit the ground first since he got hit by the truck but tenshin han knows that goku is better than him.
