What are Vinegaroons? Well, they are invertebrates belonging to the arachnid order. When bothered, they spray a mixture of acetic acid and octanoic acid. The acetic acid gives the mixture a vinegar-like smell, hence the name vinegaroon. Its amazing I went and learned this because I listened to this song.

They were here in England in May. March was when I started to listen to QOTSA. My friend was distraught when she found that tickets were sold out. 5 months later, I understand why. They are one of the greatest bands/musicians to exist since music was invented. I have all 5 albums now, and love every single one. I have not collected the full works of any other band.

Concert was amazing, but even better, I met Josh Homme walking to the show! I shook his hand then rocked out at the show!

They did their first album start to finish (no Spiders and Vinegaroons) then came out and did an encore for about an hour with mostly requests from the crowd. So great.

I just played this whole album on vinyl. Firs time listening to all the songs, I only knew Mexicola before. Even Mexicola sounds more perfect on the reissue.
