been voting illegitamately for years..! (or informerly as you put it) nice to see more people are catching on. It's very hard to make people realise merely participating is to fall victim to their con, look at the Ron Paul fans, they're in for a another shock and they'll never learn. Tinsel777 - I totally agree with your comments - We need to fight to restore the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution. It gives us our rights under British Law. The Magna Carta 1215, Bill of Rights 1688 and Habeas Corpus 1679. If Australia were to be a Republic - we lose these rights.

Don't ever think your rights are given to you on a piece of paper? ,The pieces of paper you quote outline your rights but no way are they given to you,remember this OK. the only way they can take ones sovereignty or ones rights away is if one willfully gives them away or sleeps on them ,however thats not saying one cant take them back if one ignorantly gave them up in the first place .Unity is the ONLY key.

2.Voting is not actually compulsory only turning up is you cannot be forced to vote for anyone if you don't wish to do so you can cast an informal vote by not filling anything in *Keep in mind if you leave it blank you trust the AEC a private corporation to disqualify that vote* a better suggestion is to write anything on the paper or just scribble on it with a pen not pencil.

Why are we given pencils here's a reason from the Australian Electoral Commission

What absolutely confused me was how a pencil out performs a pen in tropical area's but ok ?

Right on - The Australian People do not know that The Constitution gives power to the people. The Politicians and the Government are denying you - YOUR RIGHTS. The Magna Carta, Bill of Rights were given to us through the Constitution. The Courts and Governments are dumbing down the people so they can keep people as slaves. I do not vote, my vote is very important to me and I will not give it to any current parties or so call independant. If you care make INFORMAL and the change will come.

1/ we have no faith in their governance,

I have never enrolled to vote because no matter what you do, there will always be people that vote for someone on that ballot paper. We have to boycott voting in their system altogether. I do not need to be ruled by any one.

What I do suggest if anyone that wants to write also on the ballot paper is to simply write this: I CANNOT BE COMPELLED TO VOTE FOR THE CANDIDATES ON THIS BALLOT PAPER THEREFOR I HAVE LEGALLY SIGNIFIED THAT NONE OF THE CANDIDATES MEET MY SATISFACTION then cross out all the names including the box WITH YOUR BLACK INK MARKER. @Petalpaint1 I tend to agree but its informal either way whether you cross the names out & write something also,you have legally signified that none of the candidates on that ballot paper meet with your satisfaction & have, therefore, lawfully cast your vote against all of them by crossing them out regardless ,all informal votes are put aside for a reason & that is to count them,why did they say we had record informal votes last election? If only the voters knew how to do a correct informal vote

One can only conclude from the last election they must have counted them , why then did they claim we had record levels of informal votes , I'm only presuming to establish a record level it has to be counted like any record level has to be counted in order to establish the record so there counted alright.

@OzzyPatriot I suppose you can still jot down a comment of frustration somewhere on the ballot paper clear of the names of candidates ,I myself just quote my will with parts of section 44 of the constitution and a reminder that concealing treason is an act of treason 25 years prison, as long as you neatly cross those names out including the box with ya black ink marker its still good to go, but yes its wise not to plaster the ballot paper in abuse in this case.
