In my thoughts, putting Revolution in any console name these days would b pointless considering that each console was a revolution compared to the console before it.
Great Video Knight and just so you know The HD style of the Zelda demo has been confirmed to be a real game :) what i mean is this is going to be the art style for the next Zelda its official :)
What is up with people thinking PS3 and 360 look so good. Their Shadow maps look like crap because they try to do more than the hardware can handle. They are high poly HD Texturing machines with Sparkling bits of crap smeared on every surface. Noobs of Graphics may not care or see how muddy and unclean PS3 and 360 look, but I do. I am glad Wii had a crisp clean graphic look, even if it is low res. the wii skipped participating in this very muddy generation and I am glad. Wii U graphics look good
i went over my friends house and we played alot of 360 games and i also played a few PS3 games, i wasent as enhanced in the game as people make it out to be, ofcourse i was over my friens house and wasent in my full comfort zone for gaming so i couldnt truly appreciate the graphics altho there are some from obviously good games like batman AA which was done well, when i look at the zelda demo once again on this vid, i can see how much better the graphics look
Im glad to see another vid from you knightof0, i really must say that i missed your stuff and im happy that this time you reviwed what we know about the new nintendo home console, my opinion is that the new system will be awsome and i cant wait to play on it, anyways, i would be happy if you continue to upload more early thoughts and more stuff, see ya next time
for a minute i thought there was going to be a new okami on wii u. Also they announced pikmin 3 for wii u. Btw dont mean to be rude but your spelling of console is wrong.
you have to realize that having multiple U controllers is really taxing, it is the equivelent of hooking up wireless displays to a computor, not only is it taxing on the hardware to produce three seperate images and send them all wirelessly. It also requires a large amount of wireless power that would just hike up the pricetag. The most support they sould put is 2 controllers. However since it has full support for 4 wii remotes along with the U controller it is unessicary to have more
I'm really excited about this new system. The 3rd party support they've already announced is quite impressive especially for such a new system. I think it's exactly what the next Nintendo system needed to be. Like the Wii,this system doesn't seem like it's going to be a direct competitor to the other consoles which I prefer. Since I have the other consoles I'm looking forward to that unique, very Nintendo game style that you can't get anywhere else, not just another machine for COD or Crysis.
I basically agree with you, it doesn't look comfortable, but the guys from IGN, etc who got to try it at E3 seemed to like it, I won't judge it until I try it. About the number of controllers, it's been confirmed that the final product will support 4 controllers, but because of the cost, it isn't know if many games would support that. I know some of the demos had one player using the new controller, and the others using Wii remotes.
I also agree that Nintendo needs to step up their relationship with third party developers, and they seem to be moving in the right direction, the president of EA did speak at their conference. Someone at Ubisoft also announced that Nintendo's ditching the friend code system, which I see as good for 2 reasons, 1, Nintendo could finally have a good online system, and 2, the third parties are being kept in the loop. Overall, I'm excited, but there's still alot of questions to be answered about it
Awesome into dude.
