What are the pickups? Are they EMG-S types? And what are the effects to get the sound? Its dead on!

those pickups on neck and middle are LACE pickups, not EMGs.

And I used Seymour Duncan Lil' 59 on the bridge

plus the distortion pedal from Subdecay called Blackstar

I just plug directly into my laptop from the pedal.

There is an amp simulator in GarageBand, and that's what I use to make the sound, and some EQ too.

What are the settings for the pedal you have?

upper gain is about 4 o'clock

bottom gain is 12 to 2 o'clock

then the tone is 9 to 10 o'clock
