That glitch is very good to make trainer points. You go for unlimited walks and earn trainer points every time you go for a walk. :)

no as long as you go to the park and change your accessory EVERYTIME then you will be able to go on a walk with that dog unlimited times. It helps if you get a dog that can go on long walks. And Always make the park your LAST stop.
