Of course, Regine, man! Listen again at 0:37. Even though she sings in her own native language and most of our fellow Asians don't understand it, I really believe they could feel the earth move from that single note. It is undoubtedly superb! Just like what our fellow music man said, Regine's voice is par to a piano - meaning all the tones in a single piano sounds Regine's. Her voice quality is simply not common. Though, I am quite impressed with Nora. Kudos to her!
