I'm confused. If they don't want you to do debt settlement, they want you to file bancruptcy, then why do they let people settle?

Bad advice once again. Check out Suzie Orman's video on Debt Management scams. You have no idea what trouble people can get into with Debt Management companies. Stop trying to preach to people about avoiding their debts. You fuck up the economy by not paying your debts and make responsible people (probably people that you know, are friends with, love and care for) pay for your losses that you cause.
