Was this like late 80s, maybe 89? Around 1989 I was entering my teen years and "TOO COOL" for cartoons even if I liked them. But I avoided them still to hang out with new friends skae boarding and never turned back to toons that much unless I was just waking up to them. I vaguely remember this commercial.

I vaguely remember seeing these, the weirdest, darkest and most spooky toys (i've ever seen btw) on the shelves all the time in '86, but my mom would never buy me any of them, strictly he-man and transformers and the like for me :) thanks for posting! awesome trip down memory lane
