Why wouldn't Israel sign the non-proliferation treaty? They already have their nuclear weapons, so they should want or need to proliferate them.
As for your rants, non-Jews are more free in Israel than non-Muslims in Saudi Arabia, no rant on that? You complain about censorship in Israel, but no mention of Iran or China.
It seems like you are just a racist conspiracy nut, and this is obvious from your other comments.

Actually J Street probably agrees with you since they are just as anti-Israel as you are however they will do what Obama and Rahm Emanuelle, and George Soros tells them to do for the benefit of the Obama Administration since that is their only purpose. If only Israel can be as tolerant and respectful of human rights as Zimbabwe or any other African nation.
If you don't like J Street, than you don't like Obama.

On paper, J Street is suppose to be a creation tailor made for the Obama Administration. However, that isn't exactly the case. J Street chose to not support the UN Goldstone Report. Obama has not yet chosen to not support those findings. Although some members of J Street appear to be anti-Israel on some things, they aren't with Goldstone Report.
Most African nations are far more respectful of Human Rights than Israel, including Zimbabwe.
