If I would have known I could make my icon text blue (well, not blue, just any color in general) just by getting onto the main portion and re-springing this, I would have gotten onto the main portion and re-sprung this months ago! Thanks so much!

@swift755 Transparent Dock. It should be pre-installed in Winterboard. If not, just search it in Cydia and install it. Activate it through Winterboard. This obviously requires a jailbroken iDevice.
