as far as I remember there isn't any national team with so much black guys and no one of the black players in UE 2000 does have blond hair. as you know there are 4 skin colors: 1st-white, 2nd-a bit sunburnt, 3rd-mulatto and 4th-black and I doubt that there are more than 100 players from among 1300 in UE 2000 that have skin color other than the first one which is white
