  • You're a great inspiration to a lot of people Adam. Really amazing those results you get, which just goes to show you that anything is possible if you set your mind to it. I, myself, will be going to bootcamp in the Air Force sometime in December of this year'08, and I have about 4 months to make changes on my body before I go in. The 4 months deadline will basically push me to eat right and train hard. I'm looking forward to the next 16 weeks to six pack abs

  • Hey Adam, is it too late for me to join the 14 day challenge. I have to buy a digital camera so I can't officially start my 14 day challenge until October 28. Is this going to be a problem. This is a wonderful idea and I would really like to take up the challenge.

  • Hi Tearose1070, I had a deadline to submit because I needed to organize all the entrants (much more than I thought). I've been on this 24/7 and not ime for anything else.   • Thanks mate, no you don't have to be primarily fit. Your current condition is not a concern. Just a willingness to hold yourself accountable by taking daily pics for 14 days stright with the objective of creating momentum to trigger/continue a full-blooded physique transformation.
