This movie is arguably one of the funniest comedies ever made. Marty Feldman can just stand and blink and that would be enough to make me laugh. Dom was great too and all the cameos by famous stars were a huge plus!

Regarding your identity threestoogesfan2: Here's something you might not know--according to the book "Moe Howard and the Three Stooges" Mel Brooks' "Silent Movie" was really a tribute to the Three Stooges--Moe Howard and Larry Fine (two of the original Stooges) both died in 1975: Brooks played the part of Moe, the late Marty Feldman played the part of Larry, and the late Dom DeLuise played the pary of Curly. (N'yuk, n'yuk, n'yuk!) :-)
